Fisher & Associates P.C.

Attorneys in Firm – 7
I founded Fisher & Associates P.C. in order to provide the highest quality legal services to my community and ensure that everyone has access to justice. My practice includes all aspects of personal injury law, including car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. My job is to get victims compensated for their injuries, no matter how difficult the fight. I am passionate about victims’ rights, so I only represent plaintiffs. The vast majority of my clients are taken in on a contingency fee basis, which means you pay nothing unless I recover a settlement or judgment in your favor. I am an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Litigation Section of the Colorado Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association. I am licensed to practice law in both the State and Federal courts in Colorado. I am also a Certified Attorney for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and I represent vets in their appeals for medical care and other benefits. In addition to my work in the courtroom, I am also an active advocate for Colorado’s veteran community. I am an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, VFW Post 1 here in Denver. I also have the honor of being a member of the Board of Directors for the Denver Fisher House Foundation, a non-profit that provides housing for veterans and their families while they are receiving medical treatment at the Denver VA Hospital. On a personal note, I am an avid outdoors man and have traveled abroad extensively. I greatly enjoy learning about other cultures and studying history and languages.
