Denys Dzyk

Mr. Dzyk focuses his practice on international trade law, telecommunications and intellectual property law in Ukraine. Specific deals include assisting an investor in acquisition of the network of real estate assets, assisting a sponsor/underwriter in a proposed listing of a Ukrainian company on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Dzyk started his professional career in 2002 as an intern of the State Department of Intellectual Property of Ukraine. He gained substantial legal experience working as in-house lawyer for such leading companies as Holding Grain Trading Company and Kyivstar G.S.M.
