Additional Information
Mr. Gorski graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1994, and practiced civil law and litigation there before moving to California. He also taught Business Law, Contract Law, and computer courses at Rockford Business College in northern Illinois for two years. He obtained his California bar license in 1998 and has practiced law in southern California since.
He has gained a great deal of experience over the years in business transactions, contract law, and a wide variety of matters. In his early years here in California he worked on projects at several large firms, including McDermott, Will & Emery, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He has been involved in various high-profile or esoteric matters, including an appeal before the United States Supreme Court, the Hughes-Raytheon merger, and legal matters involving international aspects (e.g., conducting depositions in Canada, a high-profile contract in Europe/Middle East, and clients from overseas).
