Mr. deGennaro currently concentrates on the representation of insurance companies concerning complex commercial litigation, insurance fraud and coverage issues. Prior to joining Budd Larner, Mr. deGennaro handled all aspects of civil litigation defense matters, including Federal Employer's Liability Act, professional negligence, personal injury, commercial litigation and contractual disputes.
