After practicing together as Broward County District Attorneys in 1978, Steven Dell and Dennis Schaefer established the law firm of Dell & Schaefer, P.A. in 1979. Over the past twenty years, our law firm has successfully resolved more than 20,000 Personal Injury cases. We currently have 20 office locations throughout the state of Florida and we are also available to meet with clients at their home, office, or in the hospital.
On most of our cases we send our on-staff private investigator to take photographs of the accident scene and conduct a factual investigation. We regularly work with industry experts, such as accident reconstructionist, engineers and medical professionals in order to best present your case against the party who caused your injuries. It is our policy never to bill our client any fees or costs unless we win their case. We are available 24 hours a day to satisfy the needs of our clients.
