Additional Information Andrew C. Mr. Moler also provides services in the area of family office/wealth management for high-income clients. He has been engaged in the private practice of law for approximately 20 years in Central Florida.

Mr. Moler graduated from Ohio Northern University College of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree in law and holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Rollins College located in Winter Park, Florida. In addition to his other academic achievements, he also holds an advanced law degree, a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) in International Taxation (U.S. Taxation concentration) from St. Thomas University School of Law. Mr. Moler is presently a candidate for a third Master's Degree (M. Tax) in Taxation from Nova Southeastern University. He is also a Florida certified family law mediator, circuit civil mediator, county mediator and federal mediator. Mr. Moler is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest attainable rating. Additionally, he is listed by Martindale-Hubbell in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

Mr. Moler is a member of the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the International Bar, the American Bar, the Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, and also the U.S. Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals for the Eleventh and Federal Circuits, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of International Trade.
