Andy Braun has been practicing law since 1981. He has a B.S. Degree in accounting and worked at a public accounting firm prior to practicing law. He graduated from Tulane Law School in 1981 with honors and served on the Board of Editors of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. He is a member of the American, Louisiana and New Orleans Bar Associations, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and the Business Bankruptcy Subcommittee of the ABA Section of Business Law. Andy frequently lectures and has written on the Uniform Commercial Code, Louisiana collection and foreclosure law, and bankruptcy law.
