My partner Matt Dooley and I represent job applicants across the country in regard to their rights under the fair credit reporting act, particularly when they are denied employment because of their criminal and employment background reports. Often employers violate the law by not providing job applicants with a copy of their background reports BEFORE they decide not to hire the applicant. This could result in the applicant receiving lost wages and front pay.
