Mr. Rosen has litigated a variety of cases, and was plaintiff's lead counsel in both Huggins v. Moore and The Daily News (a libel action), and Grivas v. World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (a copyright infringement action). He has also represented various artists, record labels and distribution companies.
