Additional Information I graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University and Columbia Law School. From 1987 to 1995, I worked in the NYC litigation departments of Lane & Mittendorf (1987-1990) and Weil, Gotshal & Manges (1990-1995). From 1995 to 1998 I was a partner in the NYC commercial litigation firm of Molton & Meekins. In 1998 I left to form my own firm, Begos & Horgan, LLP, with offices in NY and CT

My experience encompasses litigations and arbitrations in a variety of state, federal and international forums concerning a wide range of substantive disciplines, including art and auction law, securities fraud, copyright and tradmark infringement, secured lending, products liability, antitrust disputes, real estate transactions, bankruptcy, insurance coverage and shareholder disputes.

I am a member of the Committee on Art Law of the Association of the Bar of the City of the City of New York, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Trial Evidence subcommittees of the American Bar Association. I am a member of the New York and Connecticut bars.
