Additional Information
I try to be a realist when counselling potential clients and explain to them that litigation is an expensive and consuming exercise. If they understand that, and if they will communicate with me in such fashion that I understand and agree with what it is they expect to get out of the litigation, then we will have a good relationship and a good team. Otherwise, their interests are not best served.
Prompt service and good and full communication of what is happening in a case and why is crucial to client relationships. This type of ongoing communication keeps the case and the client focused on a desired result.
