I help injury or death victims and their families obtain compensation they deserve arising from accidents, which can involve cars, motorcycles, trucks, big-rigs, buses SUVs, RVs, bicycles, pedestrians, ships, boats, jet skis, airplanes, light-rail, railway, trains, subways. I also help victims of dangerous premises - such as slip or trip and fall cases, construction accidents, victims of defective/dangerous products, dog bites, animal attacks and more.
I also work for victims in Employment law cases and Elder Abuse or Dependent Adult Abuse cases.
I am available 7 days and night a week from 8:00a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
I accept cases throughout California.
My fee is a contingency fee, meaning you pay no fees until your case is over. I front all costs. You pay no fees or costs if there is no recovery.
I have helped over a thousand victims during my 22 year career.I have been highly successful in favorably resolving my clients' cases and obtaining monetary compensation for my clients for over 22 years.
My clients have suffered catastrophic injuries, death of a family member, serious injuries requiring hospitalization or surgery and many other types of injuries including coma, brain injuries, quadriplegia, triplegia, paraplegia, loss of limb, spinal injuries such as spinal fractures, disc bulges, protrusions and herniations requiring spinal surgery or pain management, fractures, hip/leg/knee/ankle/foot injuries, arm/shoulder/elbow/hand injuries, chest injuries, abdominal injuries, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) internal organ injuries, torn ligaments or tendons and injuries that involved painful sprains or strains.
Going through the process of helping these victims, I have learned what tremendous hardships people are forced to undergo. This makes me a better lawyer as I have a deep understanding of what these victims must endure, which allows me to present their case more effectively to obtain the compensation my clients deserve.
In such cases, many victims and their families have an extremely hard time coping or trying to cope with their injuries, pain and suffering or the loss of a loved one and the hardships that come with it, such as lost wages and a suddenly very uncertain future - in terms of health and/or how to pay bills and make ends meet.
These victims need help and I supply that help by taking on the insurance companies and those at fault to get the victim the compensation he or she deserves. This provides the victim with relief from a major source of stress, so he or she can attend to healing, physically, emotionally and mentally.
I persevere in obtaining deserving compensation for those losses, as well as for medical bills, lost wages, future earnings' impairment, pain and suffering, loss of consortium, loss of love, society, affection, and compensation for vocational rehabilitation.
