Barbara Brudno, Esq., has been in private practice for the last 10 years in Los Angeles, She specializes in Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law and related areas of law, as well as general civil litigation and appellate work. Ms. Brudno also is a member of the NY State Bar, practiced and taught law in NYC during the 1980's and now serves as local counsel for several NY attorneys.
Before entering private practice, Ms. Brudno was a tenured law professor at UCLA School of Law for more than a decade (the first woman to be a member of the faculty); and clerked for Justice Matthew Tobriner of the California Supreme Court after earning her J.D. from Boalt Hall (UC Berkeley School of Law). She is the author of numerous books and law review articles and has been a lecturer for various bar groups for several years.
Ms. Brudno's practice includes litigation, appeals, consultations and transactional work.
