DeMarco-Mitchell, PLLC, limits its law practice to the area of consumer bankruptcy law. While the firm represents both debtors and creditors in a variety of matters before the United States Bankruptcy Court, a vast majority of the clients are individual consumer debtors. Robert DeMarco has practiced bankruptcy law for over twenty years in both California and Texas. He has helped both individual consumers as well as many businesses restructure their financial affairs under the United States Bankruptcy Code.
