Florida Medicaid: There are things that can be done to legally preserve the assets and resources of persons who apply for institutional care coverage under Florida Medicaid.

Health Care Directives: The law provides authoritative choices for persons regarding their future medical care in the event they become incapacitated and unable to indicate their desires as to treatment. Through Living Wills, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate designations (which latter can also be included in a Durable Powers of Attorney) and Do Not Resuscitate Orders, the wishes of the person can be made known and complied with. This office has long experience in drafting and preparing these instruments.
