Frank Spinella

I have been litigating commercial cases for over 35 years. Much of my practice is devoted to construction matters, where I regularly represent owners and developers, contractors, suppliers, sureries and lenders at every stage of the all construction process. I also handle all types of contract disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, antitrust and trade regulation matters, real estate controversies and lender liability cases. I have extensive experience in arbitrations and trials in state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and in appellate arguments before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. I am listed in Best Lawyers in America® in Commercial Litigation, Construction Law and Construction Litigation, and was named 2016 Lawyer of the Year in Construction Litigation.
