Mr. Gravelle�s practice is centered on business defense with a focus on asbestos litigation, employment law, and insurance law. Mr. Gravelle is also experienced with matters relating to professional malpractice, personal injury and dram shop. Mr. Gravelle is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Minnesota and North Dakota. Experience: Mr. Gravelle has represented Henry Vogt Machine Co., a Kentucky boiler manufacturer, since 2003 in both Minnesota and North Dakota asbestos litigation. Prior to joining Cundy & Martin, Mr. Gravelle played a significant part in representing Doctor George Hsu in Hsu v. North Dakota Board of Medical Examiners, 726 N.W.2d 216, 2007 ND 9, the first case in many years in which the ND Medical Board�s decision to revoke a doctor�s license was reversed by a district court. Mr. Gravelle has also successfully represented ADA and Rehabilitation Act plaintiffs against private and government employers in state and federal court. Educational Background: Mr. Gravelle obtained his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1996. Mr. Gravelle has been named to the Dean�s List in both undergraduate and law school. Mr. Gravelle was president of the Oklahoma International Law Society from 1995-96 and interned at the U.S. State Department in Washington D.C. in 1995. Affiliations: Mr. Gravelle is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota, and the Twin Cities Claims Association. He has been published in the Fall 1998 issue of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
