I am a transaction / business / real estate attorney which means I help businesses and individuals accomplish their financial goals and avoid legal minefields. While much of my practice is devoted to the ordinary course of business needs of businesses (such as contracts and employment law issues), I am also frequently involved with buying and selling business assets, raising money from investors and lenders, and the sale, purchasing and development of real estate.
