David is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota and its federal district courts. David graduated from the William Mitchell College of Law with cum laude honors. While in law school, David served as the Executive Editor to the William Mitchell Law Review and published an article discussing the need to improve Minnesota's public defender system. David subsequently served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Roland J. Faricy (ret.), who presided over a complex civil litigation calendar in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

David has appeared in numerous asylum, removal, family, and employment-based immigration matters. He also presented "7 Things Every Family Law Lawyer Should Know about Immigration" at the Minnesota State Bar Association's annual Family Law Institute. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association.

David practices US Immigration and Naturalization law from his office in Saint Paul, Minnesota. All employment visas: H-1B, L-1, TN, E, O, and P. Family petitions, including fiance and marriage petitions. Consulate processing and waivers of inadmissiblity. Deportation defense and asylum applications.
