I represented banks and mortgage holders for over 17 years handling thousands of foreclosures throughout Florida. Our office focuses on helping people facing Foreclosure or Bankruptcy. I have offices in Clermont, Leesburg, Winter Haven and Haines City. There are legitimate legal and procedural issues present in most residential mortgage foreclosures which if presented to the court, will require the mortgage holder to correct documents they have filed. This generally results in the homeowner having additional time to protect the equity they have in their home. This time may be used to: sell or refinance your home, or negotiate a payment workout, or get a new job so that you can afford to keep your home. The firm also can assist our clients by representing them in a bankruptcy if that is what is needed to protect their assets and their family. We also can handle the complex issues after a bankruptcy or foreclosure to promptly allow you to sell or refinance your home.
