We are a very customer service oriented firm who works hard for our clients to serve their needs and help them with their business concerns and issues.
Joel Kenny founded the firm in 2002 after graduating from law school. Joel realized that there were very few firms in the Weber/Davis County area who focused on small business needs and legal issues. Small businesses need to have access to competent legal advice at an affordable price in order to be able to grow their businesses without having to worry about the legal ramifications of their decisions.
Joel was born in Ogden and graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1998. He then attended the Ohio State University College of Law for a year before graduating with a Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law in 2002. He is licensed to practice law in Utah and is a member of the Utah State Bar and is active in the real estate and bankruptcy sections of the Bar.
