James I. Kennedy, Esquire is an attorney licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Kennedy has experience in commercial finance, financial services and mortgage banking. Mr. Kennedy also has experience representing companies in all aspects of corporate relocation, including negotiating with government officials regarding relocation/retention incentives. Mr. Kennedy received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), magna cum laude, in Political Science from West Chester University in 1997. Mr. Kennedy received his Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, from Villanova University in 2001. Mr. Kennedy began practicing law at the Philadelphia law firm of Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP in 2001. For two years, Mr. Kennedy was an associate in the firm's Financial Services group. Mr. Kennedy was also the head of the firm's Sports Practice Group. Mr. Kennedy joined Real Estate Group in the Philadelphia office of the international law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in May, 2002. Mr. Kennedy is certified by the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) as a Contract Advisor. Mr. Kennedy resides in Springfield, Delaware County, with his wife, Jaclyn, a respiratory therapist at the Children's Hospital of Pennsylvania, and his baby daughter Jaiden.
