Most recently I practiced as an assistant county prosecuting attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio. In that capacity I represented the county Children's Services Board in child abuse/neglect/dependency cases. I also developed a specialty in education law, specifically, school discipline and special education matters. I also became involved in mental health issues specifically in the area of forced treatment of juveniles.
Otherwise, I have experience with the usual variety of sole practice areas such as criminal, domestic relations, consumer bankruptcy, defamation, contracts, landlord/tenant etc. My primary areas of expertise, however, are those that involve issues of juvenile law.
