Mr. Reiter attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri where he earned his law degree as well as undergraduate degrees in psychology and speech communications. During law school, he studied in London as part of a consortium with the Institute for Advanced Legal Studies. Upon Graduation, Mr. Reiter accepted a judicial clerkship in the Western District of the Missouri Court of Appeals. After completion of his clerkship, he spent two and a half years as an associate attorney at a large national law firm based in Kansas City before opening his own law practice focusing on the needs of small businesses and individuals.
When not practicing law, Mr. Reiter is active in the Kansas City community where he has served as the emcee for the American Red Cross Fat Tire Festival and works on several committees for both local and state bar associations. He is also active in his church as a Sunday school teacher. In his spare time, Mark enjoys tinkering with his vintage Honda motorcycle and working with his wife to remodel and restore their 80-year old home in the heart of Kansas City.
