E. Martin Knepper

I am a 1973 graduate of Brandywine High School, a graduate of the University of Delaware in 1977, and a 1980 Graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of Penn State. I had the honor of serving as a criminal prosecutor as a Deputy Attorney General of the State of Delaware in 1981 and 1982. Since 1982 I have been engaged in the private practice of law. I primarily represent every day people who need help battling insurance companies in auto collisions and workers compensation cases. In addition, since 1982, I have helped numerous people and their families get out of jams by defending them in Court on traffic tickets, DUI charges, misdemeanor charges and juvenile delinquency charges.
