Our primary practice is in the area of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. We provide legal representation to businesses, families and individuals in the matters including, but not limited to Nonimmigrant Visas, Family-Based Permanent Residence Petitions, Employment-Based Permanent Residence Petitions, Political Asylum, Adoptions, Investment Petitions, Deportation Defense and Waivers to Inadmissibility and/or Deportability.

We use the latest technologies to protect our clients' information and to keep them informed. Clients are provided with a user name and password to utilize our secure case management system to efficiently manage and move their legal matters forward expeditiously.

Our attorney Alla V. Londres immigrated to the United States approximately 10 years ago and has a unique perspective on the challenges faced in a new country. This perspective and the experience gained working in U.S. Government positions such as the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Immigration Court, United States Department of Homeland Security (USDHS), Office of Chief Counsel and the U.S. District Court allows her to provide clients with strong legal representation in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law.

With our office in Metuchen, New Jersey, we are conveniently located one block away from Metuchen Train station (30-40 minutes from Penn Station, New York) and are easily accessible from NJ Turnpike, Garden State Pkwy, Rt. 1, Rt. 27 and Interstate 287/440.
