i have practiced law for over 30 years and at the same time have taught in law school, graduate schools and undergratuate level, speializing in real property law and eatate planning, i do both trasactional and litigation --- concurently i do a substantial amount of corporate and business law -- i have written starting in 1967 with vol 1 #1 of Miller and Starr on Real Property, as well as editing numerous real property texts, estate planning texts and software programs and have lectured extensivly including numerous pannels for california continuing eduction to the bar --- i love my profession and specializtions as each day is really different than the next
