Mr. Gallagher is a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the Supreme Court of Ohio, and the federal courts of the Southern District of Ohio and the Courts of Appeals of the Sixth and Federal Circuits. Mr. Dawsey is a patent attorney and registered professional engineer (PE)in the state of Ohio. He has experience in the mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, computer (hardware and software), and biomedical technology areas. Mr. Dawsey has significant experience as a design engineer.
