Ms. Hemmings was awarded a Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern University in June 1996, admitted to the California State Bar in December 1996, and is authorized to practice law before the Central and Southern District Federal Courts. She is a Member of MENSA, and has undertaken pro-bono legal assistance work for the Woodland Hills Bankruptcy Self-Help Clinic (through Neighborhood Legal Services), as well as the Debtor Reaffirmation Hearing Assistance Project (through Public Counsel).
