Philip S. Coe is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice over the years has been wide-ranging, including complex antitrust and securities fraud cases, wrongful death, personal injury, divorce and family law matters, probate litigation, real estate litigation and a host of other types of cases.
Mr. Coe brings to his litigation practice a unique blend of training and experience. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Georgia State University and recently received his Master of Theological Studies (M.T.S.) degree from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. He thus combines a practical sense of business and understanding of accounting and finance with a Christian perspective on problem solving and dispute resolution.
Mr. Coe also does arbitration and mediation through Southside Arbitration & Mediation Services, Inc., a full service alternative dispute resolution firm serving the South Atlanta Metro Area.
