The Firm has been representing Landlords and their Managing Agents since 1987. We are often called upon to draft contracts for various purposes, including residential and commercial leases, employment contracts, boat dockage contracts and purchase and sales agreements for both real and personal property. We provide assistance in negotiating agreements, closing deals and litigating when our clients cannot otherwise obtain performance. Our reputations in the multi-housing rental industry is that we prevent and solve problems.
We primarily work with Real Estate Closings and Landlord/Tenant Actions.
