Additional Information Mr. Stellitano is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, admitted in Federal Court in the Northern and Western Districts of Texas and is licensed to practice law in all Courts of the State of Texas. His practice is focused on drafting and prosecution of patent applications for electrical engineering and software inventions, with additional practice in technology transfer, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and related litigation. He obtained hid Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Houston. Prior to becoming a patent lawyer, he was a Senior Development Engineer for the Raytheon Company, a Design Engineer for Texas Instruments, Inc., and a Desgin Engineer for Locheed Corporation. He obtained the degrees of Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with honor, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and worked as a graduate research assistant. He is a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Stellitano has drafted and prosecuted applications for patents on inventions in the fields of digital signal processing, telecommunications, wireless communications, GPS receiver technology, video processing and compression, RF technology, optical systems and lasers, software and precision instrumentation. He has also negotiated and drafted technology transfer and license agreements, prosecuted trademark applications, and participated in complex patent, copyright, and trade secrets litigation. Mr. Stellitano lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Kelly, and their three children.
