I have an experience of almost 20 years in litigation in all tiers of Courts in India.( I started my independent legal practice in 1985, in labour Courts in Delhi, as authorized representative of Management/Workmen, while I was still doing my law degree.In India, in the labour Courts, it is permitted to represent a party , without the representative being actaually a qualified lawyer. From 1985 to 1988, I practised as authoriesd reresentataive and therefater in 1988 I apperaed and qualified my bar examination.)) I have been handling cases as Legal advisor, arguing counsel/ Junior counsel and Advocate on record for my independent Clients as well as for leading law firm and other individual Solicitors, in Supreme Court and other parts from India . Many cases conducted by me have been reported in leading law journals in Supreme Court of India. Area of work & Experience: Have handled cases of practically all nature, to give a few like Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Arbitration, Business litigation, Constitutional, Matrimonial and other areas of family law like inheritance , Labour & Service Matters, Excise, Income Tax , Wills, Real Estate, Mergers & acquisitions, etc. Appearing regularly as an Advocate and Counsel and arguing cases in the above areas of law, before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, and other High Courts in India, Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission, Tribunals, State and National Commission (Consumer Courts) and other Courts. Advising on almost all the above mentioned areas of Law. I have authored a book in 2002 on International Law, titled as International Law and the Aerial Incident Case: Pakistan Vs. India published by Universal Law Publishing Co.Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi
