Mr. Smith is a Shareholder in the Rogers Towers� Construction Law Department and is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar Association. He is an accomplished commercial trial lawyer with experience prosecuting and defending a variety of complex commercial litigation matters throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Smith�s practice is concentrated in the area of Construction litigation, with special emphasis in the areas of contract drafting, litigation, licensing, lien disputes, public job bond disputes (Chapter 255 Fla. Stat.), Miller Act disputes, delay claims, disruption claims, defect claims and condominium litigation (Chapter 718 Fla. Stat., New Construction/Conversions). Mr. Smith is also experienced in all aspects of general Business law, Personal Injury and Product liability law, Landlord-Tenant law and general Real Estate law.
