Additional Information William Michael Frantz (Mike) is an Attorney with 20 plus years experience in the practice of Law. He is a graduate of ABA approved California Western School of Law (1989) Phi Delta Phi and the University of San Diego, Master of Business Administration (2005). Mr. Frantz is licensed to practice Law in the State of California (1991) and Arizona (1989) and passed both Bar examinations on the first try. He is also a member of the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California. In addition, Mr. Frantz is licensed to practice Law before the United States Tax Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In 1999 Mr. Frantz was selected Whos Who in American Law by Marquis' Whos Who in American Law. He is a former Securities Arbitrator and is currently a panel Arbitrator (National Futures Association). In the past, Mr. Frantz was an Alternate Public Defender for the County of San Diego, Department of Alternate Defense Counsel as well as a San Diego County Bar Association panel member.

Mr. Frantz is a published Author (Frederick Fell Publishers/Kennsington) and has written for a number of financial newspapers. He has also taught as a University of California San Diego Extension Lecturer.
