William Winter

Bill is a member of the Arizona Bar Association (inactive); the Colorado Bar Association (inactive); the Wyoming Bar Association; the International WHO'S WHO of Professionals; the American Registry of Outstanding Professionals -- which recognized Bill as one of America�s Registry�s Top 10 Members in Law for 2009. In 2013, Bill was accepted into membership in The International Top 100 Magazine, a collection of the most consummate professionals in the U.S.A.; Wealth Counsel, a national association of estate planning attorneys; MPS, a national association of Medicaid Planning Attorneys. Bill previously served on the board of the Wyoming PBS Foundation, the board of his local crisis pregnancy center Abba�s House, and the board of the Riverton WY Chamber of Commerce.
