Jennifer Brill, who is fluent in both French and Spanish, has been practicing law since 1992. She has been practicing immigration law for over seven years. Ms. Brill focuses on employment-based immigration on behalf of corporate, business and individual clientele, including the preparation of upcoming DOL PERM cases, EB5, National Interest (NIW), Extraordinary Ability, and other Priority Worker cases, as well as non-immigrant employment petitions such as: H-1b, L-1A/B, Treaty Trader & Investor, and TN visas.
In addition, Ms. Brill continues to have an interest in and represents clients on matters involving family immigration, asylum, deportation, appeals, waivers, VAWA, naturalization, special immigrant juvenile, and religious workers. Prior to her entrance into immigration law, Ms. Brill practiced litigation and labor law for seven years with prominent labor law firms and unions.
Ms. Brill received her Juris Doctorate degree from DePaul University College of Law in 1991. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and studied at the L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques in France. She is a member of both the State Bars of California and Illinois. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and the National Lawyer’s Guild.
