Besides being an attorney, Mr. Davidson was nationally certified as a commercial-investment real estate specialist [CCIM]. He also served on the research staffs of two Washington, D.C. think tanks: The Brookings Institution and the Institute for Defense Analyses. He has written two books in the field of wit and humor, published by Avon Books and John Wiley & Sons, respectively.

Mr. Davidson earned his A.B. from Stanford University and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law. He is state-licensed both as an attorney and as a real estate broker. Mr. Davidson has published numerous articles in leading law and real estate scholarly journals for e.g., The American Bar Institute, New York University, University of California's Hastings College of Law, and the Commercial-Investment Real Estate Council. In his capacity as legal counsel with three national investment and development firms, Mr. Davidson was responsible for the firms' transactions, management and asset development.
