Susan Adler, Esq. has spent over 20 years as an attorney specializing in business, financial, and corporate matters within the United States and internationally, with a special emphasis on capital markets investment banking; the purchase and sale of financial instruments; project finance through venture capital and debt financing; mergers and acquisitions, collateral enhancement, and business development. She has led companies’ business and legal affairs teams, provided legal guidance for business expansion, created strategic relationships, developed company infrastructure and business plans, and provided expertise on corporate transactions and governmental requirements. She has formed, managed, facilitated, and dissolved business entities; served as escrow, trustee, and paymaster; and has handled a wide array of other transactional matters. Currently Susan Adler is an advisor and legal consultant to a number of business, financial, and investment banking entities. In addition to being an attorney, Susan Adler is also a Registered Nurse, and has served as medical-legal consultant to bio-technically related entities, medical technologies/medical services/medical products companies, healthcare companies, laboratories, and research and development entities; with emphasis on business development and expansion, contractual issues, licensing agreements, research and regulatory issues, liability assessment, medical-legal issues management, and administrative matters. Susan Adler is a certified mediator with extensive experience in negotiations, settlements, and interpersonal relations. She formerly served as a court mediator for the Los Angeles County and the Ventura County Courts, and conflict resolution facilitator.
