I have practiced law since 1989. I was also the managing attorney of the Law Offices of Herbert Monheit (now Silverman & Fodera), a firm founded by Herbert Monheit in 1963, and still maintain an ongoing relationship with that firm. Monheit Law, P.C. concentrates its practice in the field of plaintiff personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis.

During my legal career my firms have successfully prosecuted thousands of cases and I am presently focusing my practice on complex cases involving defective health care and pharmaceutical products. I have developed a national reputation, including involvement in latex allergy litigation as a member of the Plaintiff's Steering and Executive Committee in MDL 1148.

I was also lead counsel in class actions involving childhood lead paint poisoning against public housing authorities (including The Philadelphia Housing Authority) and claims against the lead paint industry.

I am currently the managing attorney for all Internet marketing for Anapol Schwartz Weiss Cohan Feldman & Smalley.
