Mr. Press practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation and arbitration, including bankruptcy, intellectual property, international law and business matters, government contracts, and internet and computer law. Mr. Press also has substantial real estate and personal injury practices. Mr. Press has extensive litigation experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country.

Mr. Press has served as a member of the International Trade Task Force of the White House Conference on Small Business and is a member of the Federal Bar Association's Democracy Development Initiative legal talent bank.

Mr. Press graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Chemistry and Biology, and received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Law Journal. He was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Jaime Pieras, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and is a member of the bars of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, as well as numerous federal courts.
