I am an American attorney with over 10 years of legal experience. I have been living in Israel almost 5 years, and received my Israeli law license in November of 1999.

From time to time I also do project work and legal opinions for other attorneys and law offices, and do research projects for various Israeli government ministries such as the Ministry of Justice, Israel Land Administration and Finance Ministry.

I have done legal opinions based on my knowledge of California law or the law of one of the other states where I am admitted (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts). I am only on active status in New Jersey and Israel.

I have done comparative law research projects for the Ministry of Justice (internet service provider liability), the Israel Land Administration (land ownership restrictions), the Finance Ministry (medical malpractice statutes of limitations), and professors at Hebrew University in such fields as environmental law (indirect means of protecting agricultural land) and education (how to attract outstanding students into the teaching profession). I am an excellent researcher,and my rates are very reasonable.
