Peter is admitted to the Connecticut and Massachusetts bars, the federal district courts of Connecticut and Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Peter focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, consumer class actions, serious personal injury and wrongful death, medical and professional malpractice, product and premises liability, and commercial disputes. Peter also handles many of Stanger & Arnold’s business and real estate transactional matters.

Peter is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association. He has lectured as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Clark University’s Graduate School of Management, where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree.

Peter was born in Worcester, MA and currently lives in Rutland, MA with his wife and daughter. His education has included St. John’s High School, Bowdoin College, Clark University Graduate School of Management, and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
