Mr. Powell has extensive experience negotiating, structuring and closing complex business transactions across a variety of industries, including entertainment, technology and new media.

After earning his law degree, Mr. Powell began his career as a corporate attorney with the Los Angeles office of K&L Gates LLP, a major international law firm.
