Legal Question

In 2009 I took a payday loan from cashjar.

I closed out my bank account months later because they kept taking money , Now here it is 2011 and I am getting phone calls from an Attorney Anthony Rodriques in Eerie Pa saying I owe over 700 dollars. And I am being charged with online fraud.
