Legal Question
5th Degree Assault, and 4th Degree Criminal Damage to Property.
I'm on probation as well.
So I was just wondering how long I'd be put away for. I'm 17 years old. I just need advice as to what to do.
Should I plea guilty for both charges an hope they go easy on me?
Or, can this be turned into a payable fine?
