Legal Question
My 17 year old neice is having a relationship with a 25, 26 year old man, who is physically abusing her. Her guardian for 9 years is my mother. My mother, who is nonconfrontational refuses to intervene. My neice and mother live in Mississippi. What can I do to help even though I live in Kentucky?
