The answer to your question - "Can I fight this case" is, of course you can. You should hire an attorney to do so since that is your best chance of getting the best defense. However, you should know that a police officer who legally pulls a car over and sees something suspicious in plain view has the right to investigate further. He did in this case and found that you were doing something illegal. Now I am only making these observations based on the scanty information you have provided. I think you would have a difficult time suppressing the brown bag, unless there are other circumstances that would come out in a consultation or investigation. You should definitely have an attorney with you and there is a possibility that there could be a downgrade or an amendment to the charges. Hopefully, you weren't disrespectful to the officer.
