Legal Question

I accidentally ueed someones credit card the other day thought it was mine chatged 300. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THE MONEY back i am freaking out this has never happened to me before what do i do. I HAVE MY OWN MONEY NO REASON TO TAKE ANYONE ELSES. I AM AFRAID I WILL GO TO JAIL PLS HELP ME.
