Legal Question
I have an active med mal case which I have been forced to continue pro se. I contacted a co defendant requesting identifing information on the device they used to injured me, and the full names and contact information of personnel staffing that unit during my time there.
They refused, no surprise. What do I have to file, and with whom to get this info?
